What if I change my mind?
For single sessions: full refund any time before you complete the pre-session questionnaire (at least 3 days before your first session). Need to reschedule instead? Just give 24 hours’ notice.
For the Interview Intensive (3 sessions): not satisfied after the first session? Quit before the second and get 70% of your payment back.
For the 12-Week Program: no value in the first 30 days? Quit and get 50% of your payment back.
How do I know this is worth the money?
Start with the ROI. You’re avoiding 1–2 months of wasted job searching, saving 5+ interview opportunities you’d otherwise burn while figuring this out alone, and protecting thousands to tens of thousands of dollars in salary. This isn’t a one-time expense — it’s a future-proof interview system you keep using long after this search is over.
What results will I see?
What I can promise: I’ll show up accountable for what I deliver, with real care and attention to your specific pain points. You’ll get honest feedback, you’ll understand exactly where the problems are and how to fix them, and you’ll walk away with a reusable interview framework.
What I can’t promise: an offer within X weeks. No honest coach can guarantee that — anyone who does is lying to you.
The better question to ask is whether you’re making progress. Are you more confident telling the same story? Are your answers more structured than they were a month ago? Does your resume actually reflect your value? Has your interview performance visibly improved since you started? If yes — you’re on the right track. Your progress largely depend on how well you take the feedback and the effort you put in.
My English isn’t very good — can you still help me?
Yes. Also, I can assure you that hiring managers care about clear, logical thinking — not a native accent. Some of the highest-earning, most successful people I know have built incredible careers without ever sounding “native.”
We focus on optimizing how you express your thinking: applicable sentence structures, repeatable patterns, and structural thinking that compensates for fluency gaps. You just need to be able to understand the question and get your idea across, even imperfectly.
If you decide afterward that you’d benefit from more English training on top of this, I’m also TEFL-certified and have taught hundreds of students abroad — that’s a separate service we can talk about if it’s useful to you.
If you are a native Korean or Mandarin Chinese speaker, I am fluent in both and can guide sessions in those languages if you feel more comfortable.
